We’re hiring a Communications Specialist…

Flourish San Diego is a small but mighty group of staff and volunteers who believe that the Church of San Diego has been called to flourish our city. We champion a robust understanding that calling, vocation, and work are at the heart of discipleship.
Along with our national and local partners, Flourish San Diego is at the forefront of a movement that is reimagining how followers of Jesus steward their lives for the common good.
What’s the Job?
We are looking for a person who will join us in a part-time capacity to carry our communications workload. The primary focus of this position is to be a creative content manager and steward of our brand. You will be responsible for producing rich communications within our brand guidelines for various audiences in digital and print formats. Experience with WordPress is a must. Graphic design skills are required. Managing mass email communications and social media experience are also necessary.
Additionally, phrases like “social media savvy,” “analytics nerd,” and “willing to learn” describe a good candidate.
